  C'mon man. That's all I can say this morning.
  
  I was on my way into work today and I decided that I wanted a smoothie. It's not typically a thought I have, but it sounded great. What also sounded great was that I'd be there before 9 to get happy hour and save a bit.
  
  I walk in at 8:50. I order my smoothie and as my card is being swiped for full price I ask "isn't it still happy hour?" It's done. I'm charged $5.
  
  The guy, a heavy set guy with a beard puts something into the system and shows me the happy hour price on his screen and says it'll be correct on my credit card statement.
  
  I sat down, pulled up my credit card and guess what...not accurate.
  
  As I'm leaving I let him know that it was wrong and asked if he could fix it. Of course I don't expect that to happen at all, but I asked.
  
  My smoothie is good at least, but the service...c'mon man!

  I have ordered from this place a couple of times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they just lost my business after today's order. I ordered the jerked chicken bowl with a side of kale and apple slaw, and a jerked chicken wrap with chips, with 2 sunshine mango smoothies. Bite squad delivered 2 strawberry smoothies instead of mango, the chicken was cold, no side of kale and apple slaw or chips. The jerked chicken bowl had 3 grains of rice and 4 grains of black beans, beans completely dry. Do not order from this place, they are incapable of getting an order right, besides the fact that their food lacks the quality that other Tropical Smoothie places have.

  I used to work at this location. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting, the manager (who i worked for) made a huge scene when I came in recently. I am 16 years old and she said I was raised wrong for quitting. She then texted my mother and proceeded to tell my mom everything that was wrong how she raised me. She told me in order to continue coming to this location I would have to apologize to her for "screwing her over". Kelly Mabry, the manager, is a complete ass. If you complain your smoothie is wrong, she will taste the smoothie and "fix" it, and then try to give it back!!! She will also argue that your smoothie was never wrong to begin with!!Everyone that I worked with while I was there left because a man was sexually harassing two girl employees, Kelly's response was simply "boys will be boys".

  First time here, came with friends after a youth soccer tournament. My quesadilla was good but they messed up my friend's order. The kids working there called out our order name with someone else's food and that other customer then yelled at my friend's fifteen year old daughter for having the nerve to touch his bag. Which is more on the guy but still, shouldn't have happened anyway.
  Overall, I liked the food, may try the one in my own neighborhood.

  For some reason the smoothies at this location are very icey and have no flavor!!  Anyone else recognize this? We visit the location on cr210 and our smoothies are creamy and full of flavor they don't skimp on what's to be in the cup
